After a major hailstorm, my roof had clear damage — metal surfaces on the house were dented — yet my insurance company, Liberty Mutual, refused to cover the shingles/roof. They were willing to replace the damaged metals but claimed the shingles were somehow untouched. How absurd is that? You can’t have one damaged without the other! Trevor didn’t accept that nonsense. He went to bat for me again and again, fighting my insurance company until they finally approved a full roof replacement. His persistence, professionalism, and integrity were beyond impressive. On top of all that, my family was dealing with two serious emergencies at the time. I didn’t have the time or energy to take on the insurance fight myself — but Trevor made my home a priority and handled everything with care and determination. If you want someone who will truly fight for you, stand up to your insurance company, and make sure the job is done right, Cohen Construction is the company to call.
